JT Strauss joined our team as Executive Chef in 2014, his culinary skills were fine tuned at the Technicon Hotel School in the Free State and his creative flair and artistry took him to several top end restaurants including Pigalle Restaurant in Sandton, Morrells Boutique Venue and The Royal Marang Hotel. We are thrilled to have JT at the helm in the kitchen and his monthly Wine & Dine Events are not to be missed. From the humble chicken pie served in Halfway to the delicious fayre on offer in our Restaurant JT’s passion and love for what he does is clear in every bite.
