Selling a property does not have to be public knowledge and many homeowners of upmarket properties prefer a discreet approach where I don’t publish photos and don’t advertise on websites or in property publications. Almost 20% of  my sales on Atlantic Beach this last year have been of properties that I did not advertise.

So how does it work? I still have professional photos, a video and 3D tour done, but only use it to entice potential buyers on my data base to come and view the property.

So the public out there (including nosy neighbours and the local gossipmongers) do not get to know the details – only qualified buyers. This scenario leads to much viewer viewings at a greater success rate.  Reduced inconvenience and much less time wasting for the seller.
